Jocelyn E. Lupetin

Jocelyn E. Lupetin has been associated with the firm since 2010, where she has been representing mutiple banking institutions and creditors of various sizes in the Collections department.  She manages all aspects of her clients' legal matters working hard to obtain maxium recoveries, be it by way of settlement, arbitration or otherwise.

Jocelyn grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She attended The University of Arizona and then returned to her home town to attend The University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Immediately following graduation, Jocelyn moved to New York and began her legal career representing injured plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice cases throughout the New York and New Jersey metro area.  She is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York and New Jersey.
