Jocelyn E. Lupetin
Jocelyn E. Lupetin has been associated with the firm since 2010. Since joining Cullen and Dykman LLP, Ms. Lupetin has found success representing numerous banking institutions and other private creditors, both corporate and individual, in breach of contract matters as well as a variety of more unique and nuanced litigations. She serves her clients’ needs effectively, working cases from pre-litigation settlement efforts all the way through aggressive judgment enforcement actions. Ms. Lupetin employs creative strategies before, during and after the completion of litigation to accomplish maximum results for her clients. Ms. Lupetin regularly practices in various jurisdictions, and has had particular success both briefing and arguing appeals before the Appellate Division, Second Department.
Originally, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ms. Lupetin attained her B.A. from The University of Arizona. She then returned to her hometown to attend The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Following graduation from law school, Ms. Lupetin moved to New York and began her legal career representing injured plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice and personal injury matters throughout the New York and New Jersey metro area. She is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
