John J. Burbridge

Mr. Burbridge manages the defense of personal injury lawsuits, including asbestos-related personal injury, on behalf of insurance carriers, equipment manufacturers, utilities and public authorities.  In doing so, he has communicated directly with clients and insurance carriers, drafted pleadings, motions, opposition papers, discovery demands, discovery responses and correspondence, appeared in state and federal court for conferences and oral arguments of motions, conducted 50-h hearings and depositions, prepared cases for trial, appeared at arbitrations and settlement conferences, negotiated settlements, prosecuted successful appeals, selected juries and conducted trials to verdict.
