Case Studies

Mr. Capuano is an associate in the Firm's commercial litigation department with an emphasis on construction and employment matters.  He regularly represents the firm’s clients in cases involving discrimination claims, breach of contract, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, trademark infringement, construction law, banking law, and civil rights litigation.  His caseload also includes matters involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, ERISA, and the New York State Human Rights Law. Mr. Capuano has successfully handles numerous cases in federal and state courts, before state administrative agencies, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in mediation and arbitration proceedings.  Mr. Capuano also has experience with document management and electronic discovery issues in civil litigation.
