Karen I. Levin
Karen Levin advises the firm’s energy and utility clients on
a wide range of regulatory and valuation matters, including permitting and
liability issues, environmental compliance and the reduction of real property
taxes. Her practice includes the
prosecution of real property and special franchise tax related administrative
and judicial proceedings.
Ms. Levin also advises and represents the firm’s
clients on trademark, service mark and copyright issues, including the
preparation, filing and prosecution of applications with the United States
Patent and Trademark Office and the enforcement and defense of intellectual
property rights in both administrative (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board) and
judicial proceedings.
