Mr. Cha is an associate in the firm's Banking department, representing institutional banking clients in commercial foreclosures and loan restructuring matters. His experience also includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and closing related documents in connection with note sales and the sale of commercial REO properties.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cha gained valuable experience in commercial litigation, banking and real estate transactions.
