Kevin McCaffrey
Associate
Mr. McCaffrey joined the firm’s Litigation department in 2001. He handles products liability litigation several jurisdictions, as well as general insurance defense litigation, including regular appellate practice. He is the managing attorney on behalf of several clients for asbestos claims pending in the state and federal courts of Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCaffrey was an associate with a Long Island insurance defense firm, specializing in medical malpractice.
Professional & Community Activities
- Member, Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) since 2003, and handles pro bono cases through the VLP and with individual clients on a regular basis
- Regularly represents pro bono clients in matters including divorce proceedings, landlord-tenant litigation, and small business litigation
