Margaret M. Fahy

Ms. Fahy has been practicing in the areas of banking and real estate with the firm since 1997.  During this time, she has represented a number of institutional lenders in all phases of mortgage foreclosure and enforcement, ranging from major commercial loans to single-family houses.  Ms. Fahy also has broad experience in representing lenders in negotiating workout agreements, sales of distressed loans as well as sales of REO properties.   

Ms. Fahy’s experience also extends to the transactional side which includes representation of institutional banking clients in matters such as drafting and negotiating loan documents and commitment letters for loans secured by commercial and multi-family properties.
