Margaret M. Fahy is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate lending, routinely representing institutional banking clients in the financing of multi-family housing, mixed-use properties, and commercial office buildings. Margaret also has significant experience representing institutional lenders in all phases of commercial mortgage foreclosure and enforcement proceedings, including the negotiation of workout agreements, sales of distressed loans and sales of REO properties.
