Margaret S. Ward

Margaret Ward is an associate in the firm’s Banking, Real Estate and Lending Departments.  She represents institutional banking clients in commercial lending matters, including the origination and refinancing of mortgage loans secured secured by multi-family dwellings, commercial office buildings and mixed-use properties, as well as secured and unsecured lines of credit.

Past Experience

While attending law school, Ms. Ward served as an editor on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and interned for Chief Judge Melanie Cyganowski, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.  Ms. Ward also advocated for low-income senior citizens in the St. John’s Elder Law Clinical Program and taught high school students in the Street Law Program.
