Marianne McCarthy

Ms. McCarthy joined Cullen and Dykman LLP in April 1985. She spent many years in the firm’s Banking and Real Estate department and has extensive experience in commercial and residential mortgage lending.  Ms. McCarthy also has extensive experience in foreclosures and workouts and supervised the firm’s residential foreclosure department for four years in the mid 1990’s.  Ms. McCarthy joined the firm’s commercial litigation department in 1999 and has handled all types of litigation including employment, discrimination and zoning  matters as well as various matters on behalf of the firm’s banking clients including commercial foreclosures, workouts, restructures, mortgage fraud and identity theft, lender liability and title insurance coverage matters.
