Marna E. Bernstein

Ms. Bernstein focuses her practice representing banks and other financial institutions on commercial real estate finance transactions, including loans secured by multifamily and commercial properties, construction lending, loan workouts and restructuring.  She also represents business entities and individuals in the purchase, sale and financing of all types of real estate properties.
