Michael L. Dornbaum

Michael L. Dornbaum represents banks and other commercial lenders in their lending activates, and is experienced in both real estate secured and commercial matters, including agented and multi-bank transactions.  He also has extensive experience in lending transactions involving government agency assistance, including industrial development revenue bond transactions, IDA "straight lease" loan transactions, Export-Import Bank of the United States loan transactions and U.S. Small Business Administration loan transactions.  He also has significant experience in loan workouts and restructurings and is experienced in construction lending and commercial leasing transactions.
