Michael M. Iannuzzi

Michael Iannuzzi is an associate in the firm’s Banking department. Mr. Iannuzzi represents financial institutions, not-for-profit entities and other clients in corporate, leasing, commercial mortgage lending and other matters. While attending law school, Mr. Iannuzzi was the research editor of New York International Law Review and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Iannuzzi also advocated for low-income individuals in the St. John’s Securities Arbitration Clinic.
