Michelle K. Pak is an associate in the firm’s Litigation department. Ms. Pak represents an array of clients in banking related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pak gained valuable experience in banking and commercial litigation, intellectual property matters and real estate transactions. While serving as in-house counsel to an internet start-up company, she drafted and maintained the corporate filings and trademarks for the growing company.
