Patrick Neglia

Since entering private practice in 1993, Mr. Neglia has been involved in all aspects of negligence defense litigation with a primary focus on trial practice and insurance litigation.  He became associated with Cullen and Dykman LLP in 1996 and his practice focuses primarily in the areas of construction site accidents, automobile accidents and premises liability cases.  Mr. Neglia has extensive experience as a trial lawyer in cases involving utility-related events for both natural gas and electric utility operations, including defense of gas explosion and electric contact cases.  Mr. Neglia has tried numerous cases involving expert witness testimony in accident reconstruction.  Mr. Neglia has tried damages cases involving expert witness testimony in various medical fields, including spinal surgery, neurology, neuropsychology and psychiatry.  Mr. Neglia has prepared expert witnesses for trial and cross-examined expert economists, vocational-rehabilitation experts and life-care planners in cases valuated in the multi-million dollar range.
