Peter M. McCarthy is Of Counsel in the firm's Banking and Financial Services and Real Estate departments. He focuses his practice on representing banks in the area of lending for multi-family dwellings in New York, advising his clients on all aspects of the lending process.

Peter prides himself on using technology to reduce the cost of delivering quality legal services. His reputation in this area led his appointment as the "lender representative" on the committee formed to advise and assist New York City in launching the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) at the turn of the century.
