Raghu N. Bandlamudi

Mr. Bandlamudi manages all aspects of litigation for major equipment manufacturer (pumps) in New York City Asbestos Litigation, including preparation of fact and expert witnesses for trial, jury selection, deliver opening statements, conduct direct examination of expert witnesses at trial and advise client re trial/settlement strategies.  As national counsel for major equipment manufacturer (pumps), Mr. Bandlamudi also supervises all aspects of trial preparation for cases nationwide, including the coordination, preparation and development of fact and expert witnesses.  Also proposed, designed and implemented extranet system for client in order to utilize technology so that client, local counsel, national counsel and trial counsel can work together more efficiently and effectively and realize transactional cost savings for the client. 

In addition, Mr. Bandlamudi has managed individual caseload in all aspects of pre-trial civil litigation, including jury trials, drafting of pleadings, motions and memoranda of law, conducting examinations before trial, arguing motions, preliminary conferences, compliance conferences and pre-trial conferences. Mr. Bandlamudi also has successfully tried cases to verdict in non-asbestos actions.
