Mr. Lombard worked from 1989 through 1998 at Havens & Lombard, Esqs. in Flushing, New York with Richard T. Lombard. They represented Queens County Savings Bank and the successor, New York Community Bank, in all aspects of banking and lending work during this period. In addition, they worked on Real Estate and Trust and Estate matters. Upon the retirement of Richard T. Lombard at the end of 2008, Richard T. Lombard, Jr. joined Cullen and Dykman on January 1, 2009.
