Mr. Monteleone practices with the firm’s Foreclosure and Bankruptcy department where he represents mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, and other entities in all phases of mortgage foreclosure and enforcement involving residential, multi-family, and commercial mortgage loans. He also has counseled and assisted clients in the negotiation of forbearance agreements. Mr. Monteleone previously worked at the firm in the Foreclosure dept as a paralegal for seven years and then as an Associate for four.
