Rodger Tighe
Mr. Tighe
focuses his practice on all aspects of finance, including bank financing and structured real estate financing (bridge loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments). Throughout his years of practice Mr. Tighe
has also been involved in the restructuring of all types of credit facilities.
Mr. Tighe is the original author of "Structuring Commercial
Loan Agreements" and was selected by Euromoney magazine as one of the
outstanding finance lawyers in America. Throughout the years Mr. Tighe has lectured
on a variety of topics related to finance, including lender liability,
structuring credit facilities, perfection of security interests and exercising
of rights and remedies. He taught
courses in bank financing at the Fordham Law School for five years.
