Suzanne Melnyk Tripp

Ms. Melnyk Tripp has extensive experience in the areas of wills, estates and estate planning.  She has handled all aspects of will preparation, probate, estate administration, estate litigation and estate tax work.  With regard to religious and not-for profit corporations, she has worked on incorporating religious corporations, preparing leases, preparing purchase and sale agreements and assisting with buying and selling real property as well as applying for real property tax exemptions for new properties.  Ms. Melnyk Tripp also negotiates and closes on purchase and sales contracts for cooperative apartments, condominiums and individual residences.
