Suzanne M. Remuzzi
Associate
Ms. Remuzzi is an associate in the firm’s Banking department. She represents institutional banking clients in commercial lending matters for shopping centers, multi-family housing and commercial office buildings. She has negotiated loan documentation including notes and mortgages for institutional lenders.
Ms. Remuzzi has trained and supervised paralegals, managed both residential and commercial accounts and has represented several financial institutions in diverse real estate transactions for residential, mixed use and commercial properties.
