Thomas J. Abernethy

Mr. Abernethy is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.  He has experience handling various litigation matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and Labor Law cases.

Mr. Abernethy handles trials, arbitrations and mediations for the firm.

Past Experience

Prior to working at Cullen and Dykman , Mr. Abernethy worked in the Tort Division of the New York City Law Department, and later at a law firm where he focused on motor vehicle cases, uninsured motorist arbitrations and general liability cases.  He tried several motor vehicle cases.
