Thomas J. Douglas, Jr.
Thomas J. Douglas joined Cullen and Dykman in 1977 and became a partner in 1984. He was Managing Partner of the Firm from 2002 to 2015, having previously served as a member of the Executive Committee and head of the Banking Department of the Firm. He currently is counsel to the Firm. . His practice focused on financial institutions, advising clients on stock offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and a wide range of regulatory matters.

Professional & Community Activities
