Thomas L. Margiano

Thomas L. Margiano, an associate in the firm’s Banking department, concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial lending and real estate.  He represents institutional banking clients in their capacity as originators of mortgage financing on multi-family housing, commercial office buildings, shopping centers, and secured and unsecured lines of credit.

In addition to transactional work, Mr. Margiano has commercial litigation experience advising financial institutions on commercial foreclosure and workout matters.
