Timothy J. Flanagan
Mr. Flanagan has extensive trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts in lawsuits involving commercial and construction claims, professional and products liability, employment discrimination, and insurance coverage. He has argued appeals involving employment discrimination, tort claims, intellectual property, insurance and commercial issues before the Appellate Divisions of the State of New York, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the various United States Courts of Appeals.
Past Experience
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman LLP in 1984, Mr. Flanagan specialized in the defense of medical malpractice claims from 1978 through 1982, and, from 1982 through 1984, defended the Michelin Tire Company in products liability cases throughout the country.
