Wendy D. Forrest

Ms. Forrest is an associate in the Banking, Lending, Commercial Real Estate and Restructuring group at Cullen and Dykman.  Ms. Forrest’s broad based real estate practice concentrates on commercial financing, acquisitions, sales, leasing and real estate development.  Ms. Forrest represents large commercial lenders in their real estate and construction loans.  She also represents national tenants and large landlords in office, retail, industrial and warehouse leasing transactions as well as public and private corporations and real estate developers in acquisitions and sales of hotels, retail, office, industrial and other real estate.  Additionally, Ms. Forrest represents landowners and developers in land use applications before various municipalities on Long Island.
