Wendy Toulas
Wendy Toulas is an associate in the firm’s Banking department. Ms. Toulas represents banks and other financial institutions in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, refinances and construction financing for retail, mixed use and multifamily properties, condominiums and cooperatives, and other lending transactions. She also represents lending institutions and individuals in residential real estate transactions. Ms. Toulas graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2000 and graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1996.
Past Experience
During law school Ms. Toulas worked at a small firm specializing in estate planning and worked as the sole paralegal for a fourteen (14) person medical practice firm. As a summer associate Ms. Toulas worked in the medical malpractice department of a large insurance defense litigation firm. As an undergraduate student Ms. Toulas was a legal intern in the Small Claims Court Action Center at the New York Public Interest Research Group and in the Consumer Frauds department of the Attorney General’s office
