From Long Island & Queens:
Take the Long Island Expressway (west) to the Midtown Tunnel. After you pass through the tunnel follow signs to go downtown (south). Turn right (south) onto 2nd Avenue and go 1.2 miles to E. Houston St. (bear right) (west) onto E Houston Street. Take E. Houston to Broadway and make a left (south). Make a left onto Liberty Street and then a right on to Water Street. Go two blocks south and look for parking. Wall Street is right around the corner.
From the Bronx:
Take the 3rd Avenue Bridge (south-west) into Manhattan. Continue (south-east) on FDR Drive South (Harlem River Drive). Take the FDR Drive to South Street. Turn right onto Broad Street and right onto South William Street and look for parking. Wall Street is two blocks to the north.
From New Jersey:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to the Holland Tunnel (East). After entering Manhattan bear right (East) onto Laight Street. Bear right onto Canal Street. Turn right onto Broadway (south-west) and turn left onto Liberty and then right on to Water Street. Go south two blocks and park. Wall Street is around the corner.
From Connecticut:
Take I-95 toward NYC. Get off of I-95 at Exit 6A, continue (south-west) on I-278 (Bruckner Expwy). Merge into Triboro Bridge Approach. Take Triboro Bridge to Manhattan and get off at the FDR Drive South. Take the FDR Drive to South Street. Turn right onto Broad Street and right onto South William Street and look for parking. Wall Street is two blocks to the north.
