Cullen and Dykman Welcomes Jeffrey Allister and Carlos Naudon to the Firm

January 21, 2015

Cullen and Dykman is pleased to announce that banking attorneys Jeffrey Allister and Carlos Naudon have joined the firm, effective January 1, 2015. Jeffrey and Carlos are founding partners of Allister and Naudon, a law firm that provided regulatory and compliance services to financial institutions across New York State for over 30 years.

Jeffrey Allister and Carlos Naudon will each serve as "Of Counsel" to Cullen and Dykman, bolstering one of the state's leading banking law firms. Cullen and Dykman offers a variety of services to financial institutions, advising them on regulatory, lending, corporate, litigation and other legal matters.

"The addition of Jeffrey and Carlos and their clients will expand our reach in the bank regulatory area and further strengthen a practice that delivers insightful advice and counsel to an expanding clientele of financial institutions," said Thomas Douglas, managing partner at Cullen and Dykman and head of the firm's banking and compliance practice. "We now have an expanded team of attorneys providing an array of legal services to financial service companies throughout New York."

Founded in 1850, Cullen and Dykman is a full-service law firm with offices strategically located in Garden City, Long Island, on Wall Street and in Albany, Washington D.C., Newark and Brooklyn. The firm fields more than 150 attorneys with extensive experience advising general counsels, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, municipalities, universities, non-profit organizations and individuals.

"Most importantly, this will allow our clients to continue receiving personalized legal services, including a 'Hotline Service' that enables clients to have issues addressed immediately," said Allister, a former vice president and general counsel for a banking industry trade group. "At the same time, by joining Cullen and Dykman, our clients will now have access to a broad array of expert legal services."

"We are aligning our clients with a highly respected firm whose attorneys put clients first," said Naudon, who also serves as CEO of Banking Spectrum, an influential banking industry resource for operational guidance and consulting services.

Cullen and Dykman is one of New York's oldest law firms, and draws on a rich tradition of success and innovation. In addition to its highly-regarded financial services practice, the firm is a leader on regulatory, energy and environmental matters, as well as real estate, land-use and labor and employment.
