Cullen and Dykman Named Top Law Firm for Female Attorneys

April 20, 2016

Cullen and Dykman, a solution-oriented general practice law firm, is pleased to announce it has been named one of the Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys by Law360.

“Cullen and Dykman remains committed to cultivating a diverse working environment that not only attracts and retains talented attorneys, but also encourages their success and advancement to positions of leadership and influence.  We are proud to have such a dynamic group of female attorneys on our roster.”  Christopher H. Palmer, Managing Partner, stated.

Law360 ranked firms by examining various factors, including the percentage of partners who are women; the percentage of associate-level attorneys who are women; and the divide between those two factors.  Law360’s 2016 Glass Ceiling report found that just 34 percent of all attorneys and a mere 22 percent of partners at the U.S. law firms surveyed are women.  The selection of Cullen and Dykman for this list marks the success of the firm’s commitment to increased diversity.

Jennifer McLaughlin, a partner of the firm since 2007, stated “Cullen and Dykman’s collaborative environment and focus on professional development has allowed our female partners and associates to excel across the various sectors of our firm.  I am personally grateful for the firm’s unwavering commitment to the advancement of female attorneys.”
