Marna Bernstein Named to “Who’s Who in Real Property Law” by the Long Island Business News
November 13, 2016Marna E. Bernstein, a Partner in the Firm's banking department, was featured in the Long Island Business News in the "Who's Who in Real Property Law" section.
Ms. Bernstein represents banks and other financial lending institutions on commercial real estate finance transactions. In her practice, she has counseled clients in structuring, documenting and closing transactions secured by multifamily apartment projects, commercial office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and mixed-use facilities, on constructions projects and in bad-debt restructure and work-outs. Ms. Bernstein also has experience representing owners in the acquisition, sale and financing of real estate projects.
