James Ryan Conducting Mediation Advocacy Training Thursday March 16, 2017
James G. Ryan, the head of the Firm's commercial litigation department, will be participating on a panel of experts which will be providing training for attorneys interested in the EDNY Mediation Advocacy Program (MAP). The EDNY MAP matches pro se litigants with limited scope pro bono counsel for employment discrimination mediations.
This training offers attorneys interested in participating in MAP with a basic overview of employment law, tools for working with pro se parties, and mediation advocacy skills.
The training will take place on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm at the EDNY Central Islip Courthouse, located at 100 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, NY.
