Cullen and Dykman LLP Named Top Law Firm for Female Attorneys by Law360

For the second year in a row, Cullen and Dykman LLP, is pleased to announce it has been named one of the “Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys” by Law360. The firm was also once again named to Law360’s top ten “Ceiling Smashers” list of law firms with the highest representation of women equity partners.

Law360 ranked firms by examining various factors, Law360 grouped firms based on U.S. attorney headcount in order to compare them with similarly sized firms. Any firm that had a below-average female representation at any level of the firm was excluded. The remaining firms were ranked by the percentage of female nonpartners and female partners at the firm.  The selection of Cullen and Dykman for this list marks the continued success of the firm’s commitment to growth and representation of female attorneys across the firm.
