In light of ever changing developments in the laws regarding wealth and taxes, we presently assist clients from one end of the spectrum who want generation-skipping trusts to those on the other end who need advice in order to qualify for Medicaid assistance.

For the convenience of our clients, we currently hold over 2,000 original wills or living trust agreements of contemporary clients in our vaults, and in many situations we now represent children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren of ancestors who were also clients of the firm, including descendants of John Roebling, the man who designed the Brooklyn Bridge.
