Our team takes a cost-effective, multi-disciplinary approach by working together with the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental, Real Property Tax and Commercial Lending areas, when handling negotiations and disputes that arise from complex leasing transactions – whether it be a landlord and tenant dispute, bankruptcy and restructuring matter or zoning and land use issue. Our experience also includes negotiating and drafting of term sheets, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, estoppel certificates, lease termination and surrender agreements, property management agreements and other ancillary documents.
